This is an amazing place. Love the thoughts that Ishida-san put into the Omakase menu.
There’s a lot of efforts put into preparing the Niku Soumen, the beef was cut into strands to look like somen noodles, served with a soy sauce, seaweed and a dab of wasabi.
The star of the menu was Yakisuki to me. It’s a combo of yakiniku and sukiyaki. Perfectly grilled striploin with option to dip in raw beaten egg. It’s a symphony of beef and seasoned raw egg yolk singing hallelujah in your mouth. I’m not kidding.

Ventilation is great and doesn’t get smoky like other yakiniku restaurants in CHIJMES. Quality of food is also much better although the prices are slightly higher. A much better dining experience than most other similar restaurants.

One of the best yakiniku place for quality meat! One of my friend brought me here and told me that he has been visiting this restaurant for many years. Indeed the quality of beef served was awesome. Oh ya, the thick cut beef tongue was extremely tasty. It offered another whole new experience about eating beef tongue.
The texture while chewing was very different as we were used to the thinner cut. I think I have fallen in love all over again with beef tongues.
Great service rendered during our lunch there!
