‘Revelry Cafe’ suggests the Chicken & Waffles as wonderful doughy crispiness topped with nicely fried chicken. This is completed with a little shot of maple syrup to pour over the entire dish. Slice one side of the waffle open and you’ll discover almond nuts for added texture.

This is a waffle that you would journey for miles to try. The chicken and waffles mission is a genuine thing, and Revelry Cafe is well worth the trip. On Cloud Nine, on the sweet side, is an excellent choice.

Incredible food, great ambience, extremely friendly staff. Definitely a must-go!

Wild Honey is a great place for breakfast, to have a meet-up, or simply to have a relaxing time with friends and family. Great decor, and there’s great window light too.

In terms of food, you seriously can’t go wrong. It rocks. Flavors are truly unique and hard to replicate. Dishes do tend towards the heavier side depending on what you are ordering. Worth coming back to try whatever else on the menu interests you.

Attention to detail is crazy good. For example, raisins were mixed into the pancake itself, and everything turned out warm, fluffy, and came across extremely well thought out.

Highly recommended!

Who knew there would be a day when we’d get to eat a meal that was prepared from a starter that’s over 150 years old? Chef de cuisine Paul Albert, who worked at The Slow Bakery in Rio de Janeiro before coming to the Tiong Bahru Bakery Diner, created the 100% Sourdough Waffle.

The Liege waffle is a thicker batter and pearl sugar version of the classic, which has a tinge of sourdough for an extra zing. For a unique breakfast, try the savory version with fried egg, ricotta cheese, crispy bacon, and maple syrup smoked with paprika. However, the Sourdough Waffle is only available for dine-in dining.
