Absolutely delicious lemon meringue tart!!! It looks beautiful as well. One of the best lemon tarts Iā€™ve tried. Perfect in terms of sweetness & tartness. Worth the calories!!

Picked it up for a birthday & was very pleased with the service. The lady at the takeaway counter (Iā€™m so sorry didnā€™t get her name) was super friendly and helpful. The tart was neatly packed with ice packs to survive the ride home.

Got a mini panda tart as well. Have not tried it but it looks great too!

Their little cafe at the corner of Shaw centre L2 looks really cosy, a good place to have tea & desserts. Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

Looking for nice bakery in the west and found Fredoā€™s. Went around 2plus in the afternoon and some items were already sold out (good sign since that usually means they have great stuff). Items are bigger-sized than the typical pastries and I love love love the the dark chocolate malt tart (I think thatā€™s the name) and the macadamia tart! Totally didnā€™t disappoint!

Customer Testimonial

Heard a few friends say their pastries are excellent. Even though we go Paya Lebar often we have never tried it. So finally decided to try. I drove there and nearly missed the entrance to the place. Itā€™s just beside the old Paya Lebar fire station. Itā€™s very quiet and they do not have many pastries left on a weekday afternoon. Bought 4 (3 are the most popular items) to try and I have to say all their items are indeed excellent. Interestingly we preferred their chocolate banana which isnā€™t one of the 3 most popular items. Will go back!

Lolaā€™s Cafe is popular for its hearty breakfast plates of scrambled eggs-filled croissants and mushroom truffle linguine, but its sweet offerings are well worth saving room in your stomach for.

Lemon meringue and sea salt chocolate are two popular flavors that have withstood the test of time; one is bright and invigorating, while the other is rich and delectable. Customer Testimonial

Havenā€™t been here since forever and they changed alot. Food is good, chicken wing is awesome, pork collar was soft and flavourful, fish and chips are big and chunky filling. The tater tots still didnā€™t wow me unlike the ones at working title, but their portion is super generous. Cold brew is sweet and slapped me awake at 9pm. Matcha latte is great too. Overall cozy vibes and definitely date worthy if you plan to punch a medium sized hole in your wallet.

Coming down to this outlet brings you on a trip down memory lane, with the rustic shophouses and quiet streets.

Cafe itself has some nice tarts, hit or miss depending on your flavour preferences! Being someone with a low tolerance for sour food, the Lemon Meringue tart is one of if not the best Iā€™ve had. Coffee was good too, pulled from the staff there.

Other tarts are pretty ok, a good treat once in awhile as theyā€™re not cheap. Will I be back? Yes, when Iā€™ve a craving for the tart again! šŸ™‚

Found this place by chance and decided to try because it had pretty desserts and a nice atmosphere. Had the TART (lime and almond), which was not too sour or sweet and had a lightness to it. The ice cream to accompany it was very light, flavourful and refreshing as well. We had also noticed that the desserts (other than croissants) were all ā€œfreshly assembledā€, which added a nice touch, though it took a slightly longer time.
