Salad is a healthy meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. If you are looking for the best salad bars in Singapore, you have come to the right place! In this blog post, we have compiled a list of the top 7 salad bars in the city, based on food quality, price, and convenience.

We will also provide information about what makes each salad bar unique. So, whether you are looking for a healthy meal, a quick snack, or just want to try out some new salad bars, this blog post has you covered!

Key Considerations Factors

  • Freshness of Ingredients: The best salads should use fresh, high-quality ingredients that are locally sourced and in season. Look for restaurants or cafes that prioritize freshness and quality in their ingredients.
  • Variety of Ingredients: A good salad should have a variety of colorful and nutritious ingredients such as leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Look for venues that offer a range of salad toppings with different textures and flavors.
  • Customization: The ability to customize your salad is important so you can choose the ingredients that suit your taste preferences and dietary requirements. Look for venues that allow you to build your own salad from a selection of toppings.
  • Dressings: A good dressing can make or break a salad, so it’s important to look for venues that offer a variety of homemade dressings made from natural ingredients like olive oil, vinegar, herbs etc.
  • Portion Size: A good portion size is important as it can affect your satisfaction with the meal. Look for venues that offer generous portions at reasonable prices without compromising on quality.
  • Price Point: While price shouldn’t be the only consideration, it’s important to compare prices between different venues before making a purchase. Some venues may offer loyalty programs or discounts for bulk purchases which could make them more affordable options.
  • Location: Choose a location that is convenient for you while still offering an enjoyable dining experience.

My family and i thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambience and service at the Afterglow restaurant. Smallish and cosy, the menu is filled with only vegan dishes, many of which are pretty innovative. Service was super where even the water served was infused with lemon. That ask you about any allergies before taking your orders. Must-go vegan restaurant.

I originally wanted to order their grilled chicken salad but one of the staff, Ernie, recommended me to try the duck mango salad instead. So I decided to order the duck mango salad instead. Ernie seems to be very knowledgeable about the different types of salads, and even asked if it was my first time at the restaurant so that he could give me recommendations.

I feel that the salad was a bit pricey given that I paid close to $15 for the salad. However, the portion was quite big, and the salad tasted wonderful and pleasant.

I would definitely consider dining at The Green Bar again in future.

Came here for brunch on a weekday. Great place with friendly staff. Ordered the avocado toast with an almond cappuccino. Avo toast was served on a sourdough and was crispy on the outside yet moist on the inside. Love it.
