The Cat Welfare Society (CWS) is a recognized Singaporean society under the Societies Act. According to the Charities Act, it is also a charity and an institute of public character (“IPC”). Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter (OSCAS) is a non-profit canine shelter that has been in operation since 2006.
