Origin Bar is a great place to find mocktails that are both delicious and unique. One of their most popular mocktails is the Chewing Gum Mule. This drink is made by fermenting ricotta whey with coconut blossom honey and fresh banana. It’s a refreshing and flavorful drink that is perfect for any occasion.
2. Dill & Pear, Caffe Fernet
Key Services: | The drink is made with squeezed whole pear, dill, lime, and verjus |
Website: | https://www.caffefernet.sg/ |
Address: | Customs House 70 Collyer Quay, #01-05 Singapore 049323 |

Operating Hours: | Mon – Thu: 5pm – 11pm Fri – Sat: 12pm – 12am Sun: 12pm – 11pm Happy Hour: opening – 6.30pm |
Caffe Fernet is a fernet-based cocktail, served in an old-fashioned glass. A whole pear is squeezed, skin, flesh, and all giving the drink its brilliant green color. The ideal combination is grapefruit, Key Limes, and blood oranges. This juice’s key limeade base combines the tartness of lime juice with that of verjus, a white vinegar made from chilies. It makes you wonder why anyone would choose the poisonous option on the other side of the menu.
3. The Summer in Paris, Atlas
Key Services: | The drink is made with non-alcoholic chardonnay, a house-made lemon berry tea syrup, and a float of soda water |

Atlas opens in a new window and is known for its cocktails, so we anticipate nothing less of their mocktails. The Summer in Paris is made with non-alcoholic chardonnay, a house-made lemon berry tea syrup, and a float of soda water.
4. Pink Pacific at Kinki
Key Services: | The drink is made with pineapple juice, coconut syrup, strawberry syrup, and fresh cream |
Website: | https://www.kinki.com.sg/ |
Address: | 70 Collyer Quay #02-02 Customs House Singapore 049323 |
Phone: | +65 6533 3471 |
Operating Hours: | Restaurant: Mondays – Saturdays: 12pm-3pm (Last order 2.30pm), 6pm-10.30pm (Last order 10pm) Sundays: 12pm-3pm (Last order 2.30pm) Rooftop Bar: Mondays – Saturdays: 5pm-11.59pm (Last order 11pm) |
Kinki takes the scene up a notch with her unique sense of style. The riverside offers no shortage of sophisticated, polished bars, but Kinki adds a bit of character and grime to the mix. This graffiti-plastered corner bar stands out like a sore thumb on the block. And you don’t have to drink to enjoy yourself here. Give the Pink Pacific mocktail a go – how can you go wrong with ingredients like pineapple juice, coconut syrup, strawberry syrup, and fresh cream? It’s almost like drinking a dessert!
5. Virgin Pina Colada at Empress
Key Services: | Delightfully tropical taste of pineapple and coconut |
Website: | http://empress.com.sg/wp/ |
Address: | 1 Empress Pl, #01-03 Asian Civilisations Museum Singapore, Singapore 179555 |
Phone: | +65 6776 0777 |
Operating Hours: | Mondays to Fridays Lunch: 11.30am – 3pm (last order 2.30pm) Dinner: 6pm – 10.30pm (last order 10.00pm) Saturdays & Sundays Lunch: 11am – 3pm (last order 2.30pm) (Dim Sum Brunch last order 2.30pm) Dinner: 6pm – 10.30pm (last order 10.00pm) |
Another favourite of mine is this restaurant at the Asian Civilisations Museum. The bar menu here is once again deceptive in that it appears to be devoid of mocktails. Don’t be fooled, though; the bartender has been observed to make a non-liquor drink of your choosing, as well as a delectable one. The virgin pina colada is our recommendation: The pleasantly tropical flavor of pineapple and coconut is more clearly revealed after the alcohol has been removed.
6. Rosé at Great Mischief
Key Services: | It is made from the finest grapes and has hints of salted raspberry and chamomile in it |
Website: | https://www.thegreatmischief.sg/ |
Address: | National Gallery Singapore 1 St Andrew’s Road, #01-17 Singapore 178957 |
Phone: | +65 8721 3150 |
Operating Hours: | Monday to Sunday Brunch – 10am to 5pm (Last Order 4.30pm) Monday to Sunday Dinner 6pm to 10pm (Last Order 9.30pm) |
The National Gallery has re-opened The Great Mischief, which was formerly located within The Great Madras in Little India. The restaurant, which offers pastel-hued walls, golden accents, scallop chairs, and terrazzo tables in contrast to the previous decor with neon lights and turquoise tiles, is an inspiration from a Wes Anderson film. The updated feel has a nice mix of antiquity and modernity, reflecting the art gallery.
The Great Mischief features a wide range of non-alcoholic wines, including Rosé ($12 glass/$48 bottle), White ($13 glass/$48 bottle), and Red ($12 glass/$48 bottle). Rose is a bold and heady wine, made from the finest grapes. It has hints of salted raspberry and chamomile in it, with toasted cinnamon and yuzu added to the White version. The red variety, on the other hand, contains lemon marmalade and hibiscus. If you are heading down, try to snag a seat at one of their window nook booth seats. It offers a scenic view of the skyscrapers, perfect for couples on dates.
7. Kult Cooler at Kult Kafé
Key Services: | It is made with ginger, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves muddled with fresh lemon juice and topped with soda |
Website: | Nil |
Address: | 200 Turf Club Road, 01-19B (South Carpark), Singapore, 287994 |
Phone: | 93892185 |
Operating Hours: | Wednesday – Friday 3pm – 10.30pm Saturday – Sunday 9am – 10.30pm |
The Colonial House on Emily Hill, which is perched atop an old colonial mansion, features a varied cocktail menu with several twists on classics, such as the Kult Julep with rum, kaffir lime leaf, and gula melaka, and the Bloody Belacan, which is a spicy take on the bloody mary. Kult Café also has a non-alcoholic drinks selection, which is just as exquisite.
