I swear this place has the best fries in town. Their salted egg fries are out of the world. Their beef fat fries are quite spectacular too. Hokkien mie is hands down one of the best I’ve tried. Didn’t try to cauliflower rice but took a picture of it.

A great people watching, coffee drinking, snack eating location along the covered, but outdoor walk way entry path into 313@somerset. Friendly servers are attentive, but also allow you to enjoy the food and view. I tried their Indonesian bean pour over black coffee, with notes of chocolate and berries. Served in a carafe, it allowed you to drink small amounts while the remainder stayed warm.

I paired it with the sticky date pudding. I have not tried this dish before, I was picturing a deep bread pudding with sweet medjool dates. Was pleasantly surprised by a refined and moist pudding that looked a bit like a sponge cake texture when you cut into it with a smooth date flavor. Berries and vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce created a palate of flavors.

Great experience! True to a Michelin starred location. Can’t say I love the decor. But it was simple and spacious. We were well taken care of by the lovely staff there. Love it that we were introduced to the staff by their name. The food was phenomenal with tiny bites for starters and satisfying mains in a communal setting. Very glad that the staff helped us work out a reasonable solution so that the portions work out for us. Thanks!
