Excellent place on Amoy. Really enjoyed the chilled vibe.

Ordered the fish taco, quarter chicken and mango passionfruit juice.
Everything came out very quickly.
I was surprised the fish taco was only the 1 taco. Tacos should come in pairs at least at that size.
Fish was cooked perfectly and crunchy.
Chicken was cooked well and very moist. The dry rub has a good flavour.

Food was excellent, service was superb. My friend and i shared the Christmas menu and a regular lunch menu. At the end, the Christmas menu was entitled to a free gift, but they offered the gifts to both of us. Very sweet of them. Highly recommended!! ⭐

Very very good meal and pleasant experience. Every dish was well prepared , balanced and refined. Little details from the use of Gin pepper on Sushi to caramelized sauce on their signature Monkfish liver has demonstrated effort to bring the flavors to a next level. Service was top notch – other than very attentive staff, the restaurant was also very generous to offer sampling of three sake before I picked my preferred choice. Go Hashida, you won’t regret.

Wow, this is really something else! The noodles were amazing with very distinct and flavorful seasonings and chilli (must try), and the sliced pork is the kind that readily melts in your mouth; also, it’s coated with a layer of savoury fried bits that gave it an extra dimension of flavor which really added to the overall taste. The broth was deeply flavorful and the dumplings were juicy and generously stuffed with tender minced pork and plump shrimps – the kind that I’d only expect to find in a dim sum restaurant. Really satisfying experience considering both quality and price. Definitely highly recommended.

Other dishes include the Sin Chow Bee Hoon, Yang Zhou Fried Rice, and Beef Horfun, but it’s the Beef Horfun that draws people in.
You can’t really gripe about the serving size, as you see how much beef is included. The beef was thinly sliced, very delicate and delicious, and served in a thick dark sauce. Even the rice noodles had a wonderful savory taste.
Key Differentiators
- Popular hawker stall
- Generous servings
- Great customer service
Customer Testimonial
The fried beef hor fun and wet hor fun is out of this world. I’ve been going back again and again especially for the taste of ‘wok hei’ and the tenderness of the beef. The green chillies that comes with this dish range from medium to high spiciness so be warned! Auntie of this stall is nice and they are extremely quick as well. Price point and the amount is just pure worth. Two thumbs up!

The first (and other) curry puff in Singapore to appear in the Michelin Bib Gourmand Guide. This is a buttery, flaky pastry stuffed with spicy potato, black pepper chicken, sardine and yam paste fillings. The J2 puffs were made on the spot, deep-fried in a wide wok of oil, and smothered in a fragrant and spicy sauce.

Most probably the best Curry Puff in Singapore and one of 2 curry puff stalls listed in MICHELIN Guide 2021 Singapore Bib Gourmand Selection.
Unlike the usual fried curry puffs, J2’s crispy curry puffs flakes out like any western puff pastry. The potato filling is grind to a creamy paste and it melts in your mouth.
Highly recommended

Really good coffee, not too acidic and has a light fragrance to it!
Albeit being priced at a premium in a hawker centre, at $3.90 for those drinks that comes with milk, we are contributing to a social cause for every purchase! Each cup comes with a story of its own, and from my understanding, $0.50 off each cup is returned to those in need
Remarkable concept, will definitely patronise in future if I’m in the area

Operating Hours | Monday to Friday: 11AM–3PM |
The longest lines at the Boat Street Market are undoubtedly Han Kee Fish Soup, with wait times that can reach an hour during peak hours. Is it worth it? Without a doubt.
The fish soup at this authentic Hong Kong diner is some of the best in town, with a clear, fragrant, and clean-tasting broth; thick, firm slices of delicate fish; they’re very generous with their portion, and a scattering of fried garlic, spring onions, and coriander to round off.
Key Differentiators
- Fresh Fish Soup
- Significant long queue
- Popular Hawker Stall
Customer Testimonial
A big portion of thick and fresh fish slices with the medium fish bee hoon soup ($7). The soup is just a little too peppery. Consistent over the years. Has easily the longest queue at the hawker centre. Lady who usually takes the orders has a phenomenal memory – able to remember 20-30 orders without writing them down and can remember what you usually order even if you don’t come often and are masked up. The queue moves faster than it looks

For those who are looking for a more unique option, try the classic version, which is filled with pork and roasted chestnuts wrapped in a glutinous rice casing. For people who want a little less fat, there’s also the salted egg yolk filling and mushroom alternative, both of which are highly popular.
