Andaz Singapore, I had such a great stay. The day of my check in, I was served by Dayah, she giving us a very excellent customer service, friendly, always smile we felt warm welcome.
The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable to sleep. And the view I love it so much, small so called ‘living room’, the toiletries smell good, there is toilet with spray so don’t worry. The shower no issues every thing went well. The room design was nice. I love it.
Swimming, I had great time at the pool, the pool staff was friendly too. Went around 6-7pm slot.
Breakfast, the food was good, nothing to complain about. Staff very friendly. Service very fast.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic place and service! We had a spectacular view overlooking the sea and very much enjoyed the stay (2 adults/3 kids). We were particularly impressed by the service. Lookout for SaRa and Lau Hoon at breakfast (worldclass), Manice at the family pool and Dave at Bobs Bar. Truly great. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, even though it’s old and been around since the 80’s it’s well maintained and very hip and happening at the bar/restaurant downstairs. All the ang mos seem to like to go there and seem to be having a rip roaring good time.

The hotel was great. While its age was showing, the property was still well maintained.
A big plus point is that the rooms are huge by modern standard. It has ample space for my family of 5. The bathroom was lovely. It had a tub and separate shower stall. No matter which side your room is facing, you get fantastic view of Kallang or Marina Bay.
The swimming pool is 25 metres in length and should be 6 or 7 lanes wide.
The service was lovely. I would recommend a stay if your budget allows.

It was our first staycation and everything was amazing! Perfect to celebrate your anniversary. Loved the touch of details, from the gorgeous petal flowers on the floor leading you to your super yum chocolate cake (free one). And just gorgeous on everything! From a room that makes you feel like a royal up to the tremendous service of all of the staff. P.S. don’t ever skip the superb breakfast 🙂
Also, a perfect spot, easy to go for a nice wandering around and discover lovely restaurants. A must book hotel in the city for your family. Kudos to all the St.Regis team for top-notch service.Worth every penny! Definitely a highly recommended place.

Immaculate heritage hotel, perfect for a staycation. There was excellent service throughout our entire stay – from the front desk to porters and restaurant staff, and they even placed a complimentary slice of cake in the room for my birthday. We got upgraded to a heritage room with perfect views of the Marina Bay area, and the room was really spacious and tastefully furnished. We visited on a mid-Jan weekday so the hotel wasn’t too crowded, just tranquil and perfect. Our package also came with dining credits that we used at La Brasserie, which serves great food with a wonderful ambience as well. Would definitely visit again!
