The place was very beautiful, especially its interior design. The garden also had lights which are turned on during the evening to make the ambiance even more romantic. The restaurant also showcases Filipino architecture popularized during the Spanish-colonial period. They also serve very delicious food, and the staff was attentive to our needs. I do highly recommend this place and I’m sure to return to this place often.

Lovely place tucked in the busy business district, great for taking a break, grabbing a bite and having some good drinks. Service was prompt and friendly though one of the waitresses misheard medium rare and gave me a medium well burger they were very nice and accommodating. The food was good and the price was reasonable. They also have good aesthetics and ambiance.

What an excellent experience! So far the best shisha cafe I have tried. The staff literally knows what customer service is. Hats off to the staff. They also gave us a complimentary sweet dish which was yum. The shisha was the best on this street. So economical, extremely hygienic, and world class customer service. I highly recommend this cafe to all visitors. Thank you to the Iraqi staff for treating us so nicely.

A small, quaint cafe inside Philam. Nice service and very good food. The dark hot chocolate is not that dark for me, it’s more mellow and sweetened but it is fine. Love the spinach dip and gambas pasta!
