“Stayed 3 nights in a queen room with shared bedroom. Room and surrounding is clean. It’s an old heritage building, the floors are made of wood. You can hear the foot step quite clearly but usually by 11pm ish the place is pretty quiet. Comes with a nice pantry with facilities to make hot drinks, toast, microwave and also free drinking water. Good location, walking distance to loads of street food and you can also opt to park your scooter/bicycle indoors. Loads of scooter/bicycle rentals down the road. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.”

It has a cafe/bar too and I enjoyed staying there with other travelers and owner’s cats when outside was too hot. Also It’s in the heart of Georgetown so you can just step outside and sightsee or get easy access to anywhere. Finally, the owner is very friendly and knows well about Penang. He helped me a lot when i lost my phone too. That was very sweet. So, I would say this is the place to go if you want an authentic stay and good people experience!”
