The Akubra hat, made famous by the ‘Crocodile Dundee’ film franchise of the 1980s, is an Australian icon. Akubras are made of rabbit fur felt and are therefore known as “rabbit fur felt muffs.” Akubras go with a “driza-bone” oiled leather coat, making them one half of the classic Australian stockman’s outfit, which was the official attire at the 2007 APEC Leader’s conference in Sydney.

Akubra hats are wide brims, intended to protect the Australian sun’s rays and usually feature a tight leather band around the base of the crown. This is frequently substituted with a bullet belt by real outback “Aussies.” Akubra hats range in price from $110 to $164 depending on the style.

Have been coming here for years and always happy with the high quality luxury products on offer that I can’t find anywhere else. Often purchase uggs here as gifts for friends and family as prices are more reasonable compared to expensive inner city stores that add huge price mark ups due to higher store rentals. Do yourself a favour and visit for your self isolating winter uggs.
