Koi cakes are works of art. It goes against the grain as well, with a cloud of black truffle shavings on top of its Basque burnt cheesecake. The burnt top is also a thing of beauty. A tiny dessert store with a cafe tucked away on Blaxland Street, Ryde – a wonderful addition to the community. The employees are pleasant and the coffee and desserts are delicious. Desserts are attractive and tasty, but they’re also rather expensive.
