Saray Turkish Pizza & Kebabs, to give it its full and proper title, is a late-night go-to in the Enmore district of Sydney. It’s a great neighborhood kebab place. Delicious adana, lots of shish to pick from, and iskender is fantastic as well. They also provide one of the best chilli sauces I’ve ever tasted.

The New Star Kebabs does a fantastic job representing Auburn. The shish here is delicious, and it’s cooked on huge iron skewers. I’m a big fan of lamb, but when push comes to shove, the chicken is the way to go. Beautifully flavored and perfectly cooked over the fire with a smoky edge. The bread is fantastic; it’s light yet crisp and wonderful for soaking up all those delicious juices from the meat.
