One of my favourite sushi there is the Kagoshima Waygu sushi. The taste Is heavenly! The meat literally melts in your mouth. It’s a little pricey though, at almost $10 a piece. So I usually order just 1 or 2 pieces.

Beef Bros is a company that has established itself as a major player in the market for flame-torched meats.
These are usually served with the Mentaiko Sauce. These are made to order, which makes it extra special. They’re then smoked using a blowtorch after being generously smeared with the Mentaiko Sauce.
