I knew the brand was quality, not only in product but also in ethos, but I was mightily impressed to find the staff and operation as a whole equally impressive. No pushy sales techniques just a genuine friendly staff who seemed to love going to work and were interested in getting the right product for you. Best retail experience I think Iâve ever had.
