Wantan mee from Hoong Kee is a must-try. It has a large amount of fried pork lard, which tastes fantastic. The noodles were of finer strands than normal Wanton noodles and were cooked to perfection. The sauces were balanced in flavor with a touch of lard. Even if youā€™re on a carb-free diet, donā€™t pass up these noodles.

The Char Siew (BBQ Pork) is the final touch to a Wanton meal. These were melt-in-your-mouth delicious morsels. Well caramelized and blackened in areas exposed to the fire. It was both flavorful and smoky because of the fireplace and caramel.
