In 2016, the first-of-its-kind Wood-Fired Pizzas in Malaysia debuted when Honcho Pizza Parlor became the country’s first food truck business to offer wood-fired pizzas. Since then, Honcho has opened a restaurant at Subang Jaya SS18. The restaurant’s specialty is smoked salmon and smoked duck, all of which are served on a 9″ smoky thin-crust dough base.

The term, directly translated from Italian, means enormous and pizza aficionados would enjoy their big portions of pizza, making it ideal for sharing with family and friends.

Enorme’s wood-burning ovens can produce pizzas for any size or appetite, from their personal sized 5-inch Extra Small to their famous Enorme, which is 22 inches in diameter. Their Carbonara pizza is a real indulgence: there’s a glistening egg yolk in the midst of the sea of creamy cheese and crispy bacon.
